I HAVE A PROBLEM RENTING A HOUSE IN NEW SOUTH WALES AUSTRALIA?
HI, I’M NEW TO THIS WHOLE RENTING A HOUSE THROUGH A REAL ESTATE, AND I NEED SOME HELP OFF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE. FOR THE FIRST TIME.
MY PROBLEM IS I HAVE RENTED A HOUSE THE SAME HOUSE FOR 4 YEARS, ITS PRIVATE SO I PAY THE PERSON THAT OWNS THE HOUSE IN CASH. I NOW WANT TO MOVE OUT AND RENT A HOUSE WHICH WILL BE THROUGH A REAL ESTATE..
I HAVEN’T HAD A JOB BEFORE, I LEFT SCHOOL YOUNG, AND I HAVE A 7MONTH OLD BABY.
I HAVE NO CREDIT RECORD NO BILLS AT ALL IN MY NAME MY BILLS WERE INCLUDED IN ONE PAYMENT SO I HAVE NO HISTORY THAT SHOWS IM A GOOD RELIABLE TENANT.. I CAN’T USE MY PARENTS AS REFERENCER BECAUSE THEY PAST AWAY LAST YEAR I HAVE 2 REFERENCES 1 FROM A FRIEND AND 1 FROM THE LADY THAT HAS LET ME RENT THE PLACE IM IN NOW..
WHAT CAN I DO TO GET A HOUSE….
