Yet another plant identification question?

is a delightful little plant inherited with this property, and I would like to either propagate or buy another. Can anyone tell me anything about it? I have it in Tasmania, and it could well be an Australian native, though unlikely. Thanks in advance to the many good gardeners who patrol these forums.
the plant in the first pic is kennelworth ivy (cymbalaria).
without seeing it in bloom, its difficult to identify the violet in the pic.
I live in western canada, and I have kennelworth ivy reseeding itself every year from some i planted several years ago. it likes shady and damp places. It blooms sporadically but never really abundantly. its a well behaved little ivy, nice between paving stones in a shady garden.
