I have some real estate at Miners Rest near Ballarat I want to sell. Land of approx 6.5 acres. I need advice?
My wife and I have 6 to 7 acres of land on Cummins Road, Miners Rest, Victoria that we wish to sell privately. Has anybody got any advice on ways to advertise the property on the net or otherwise without necessarily going through an agent? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Can u list a property for sale on a site like realestate.com.au or similar? The property is close to Miners Rest township and new supermarket.
Realestate.com.au requires you to be a real estate agent to list, sorry. There are lots of for sale by owner sites, but they are not well known.
The reason you should think of using an agent is the negotiation and real estate skills they bring to the table. In Victoria they discount their fees too, so you can try that.
